Old wolve's house

The wind is rising but the day is calm.
Nothing changes lately in this old house.
Tiny spaces and giant doubts.
What is gonna happen next? I'll serve me another cup.
But the weather has changed and left untangled
the choices we made when all hope was gone.
Now we are stuck within these four walls
and I can hear the wolves hauling all of our songs.

The wind is rising, rising in my heart.
For once in my lifetime nothing happens when I open my arms.
Songs on paper and piles of books.
What happened to the world? How come it stopped?
But the weather has changed and left untangled
the choices we made when all hope was gone.
Now we are stuck within these four walls

but my soul is calm.
I am slowly changing in this old wolve's house.

I can see the land straight ahead
from the top of my sailboat.

this trip suddenly seems so short.
But I've certainly been gone for a while
and I've certainly been changed by the tides

on the trees of your gardens.

maybe further.
And I've certainly lost all track of time
but I've certainly grown my love for the tides

of my soulboat.
Winter's gone, I'm high on hopes,
I remember where I come from.
